Corrie Cabes joined the good folks at Heavenly Rest in October 2020 and serves as the Associate Rector. Originally from Oklahoma, Corrie has a preacher and teacher’s heart, inherited from her parents. She’s been married to Richard for 21 years with two children, and adores her new rescue dog, Moose. She loves Jesus, music, art, and people. She’s particularly focused on spiritual formation at Heavenly Rest for all ages. She holds a degree in community health education from Texas Woman’s University and is a proud alumni of the Seminary of the Southwest.
