Sunday School for Children and Youth

All groups meet upstairs in the Parish Hall from 9:15 to 10:15.

Guests and new students are ALWAYS welcome!

Godly Play: Children 3 years through 2nd Grade will be experiencing and responding to the Godly Play story series “The Faces of Easter,” a liturgical action story taking them from the birth through the resurrection of Jesus. This story enables children to connect all of the Old and New Testament stories and liturgical actions to the life of Jesus and their own lives.

Older Elementary: 3rd through 5th Graders will continue to explore each week’s Gospel lesson through Bible reading, crafts, and games. These children have a heart for service and continue to make snack bags and blessing cards for the homeless.

Middle School Youth: 6th through 8th Graders will continue their series on “People of the Promise”, considering a variety of people who have lived out their faith during difficult times and discussing how they as youth might respond to God’s call today. Recent service projects include sorting leftover Halloween candy for use at Easter (we have plenty!) and collecting toiletries to make hygiene bags for the homeless.

High School Youth: 9th through 12th Graders will check in, pray, and have fellowship together and they explore each Sunday’s Gospel text, beginning February 19.
